# Anpheros > Anpheros is infrastructure for interoperable medical data and for integrating that data into healthcare applications, software and AI services. For patients it is a digital medical record they control (the Anpheros Daily app); for developers it is an API over that record, stored as standard HL7 FHIR R4 data (Anpheros Platform). Applications, clinics, laboratories and AI agents reach a patient's record only with the patient's consent. Data is hosted in the European Union. The platform is in private beta. ## Most used by patients (start here) - [Family health record](https://anpheros.com/app/family-health-record): one free account with a medical record for each person you care for (children, partner, elderly parents), shareable with any doctor with consent. - [Medication schedule maker](https://anpheros.com/medication-schedule): free, in the browser; type the medicines and times from your prescription, print a weekly schedule and get calendar reminders. Never suggests doses. Also in Russian: https://anpheros.com/ru/raspisanie-lekarstv - [Eye test on your phone](https://anpheros.com/eye-test): an indicative visual acuity check at home in Anpheros Daily; does not replace an eye exam. - [Breathing test at home](https://anpheros.com/breathing-test): free, in the browser; comfortable breath-hold time and resting breathing rate; indicative, not a lung function test. - [Hearing test online](https://anpheros.com/hearing-test): free, in the browser with headphones; quietest level heard per ear and pitch; indicative, not an audiogram. - [Colour vision test](https://anpheros.com/color-vision-test): free, in the browser; 8 dot plates for a possible red-green difficulty; indicative, see an optometrist to confirm. - [Download Anpheros Daily](https://anpheros.com/download): iPhone, Android, Mac, or open it in the browser at https://app.anpheros.com ## Use your own health record in Claude: the Anpheros Health connector Anpheros Health is a connector for Claude, listed in Claude's connectors directory as a community connector since 22 October 2026; or add it as a custom connector with https://platform.anpheros.com/mcp (remote MCP server, OAuth). Works in Claude web and mobile, Claude Desktop, Claude Code and the Claude API; a free Anpheros account is enough. The person signs in to Anpheros and ticks what Claude may read (nothing ticked by default; read-only; documents, photos and family profiles excluded unless added; 90 days; revocable in Connections; every read logged). Claude can summarise the record, show lab results and measurements over time, compare periods and find patterns (observations, not diagnoses), and propose a symptom, measurement or note that the person approves in the app. What Claude reads is sent to Anthropic under its own terms. - [Anpheros Health for Claude: connect your own medical record to Claude](https://anpheros.com/guides/claude-health-connector) - [How to connect Claude to your medical records, step by step](https://anpheros.com/guides/connect-claude-to-medical-records) - [Ask Claude about your blood test results, with your own history](https://anpheros.com/guides/ask-claude-about-blood-test-results) - [Is it safe to connect Claude to your health data?](https://anpheros.com/guides/claude-health-data-privacy) - [Connect Apple Health, Samsung Health and your smartwatch data to Claude](https://anpheros.com/guides/connect-apple-health-to-claude) ## For patients: common questions, answered Anpheros Daily is a free app where a person keeps their own medical record (symptoms, medications, measurements, lab results, documents) and gives it to any clinic with their consent: a time-limited link to their health summary (SMART Health Links), the International Patient Summary as PDF or HL7 FHIR, or access that a clinic requests and the patient approves for 30 days, 90 days or 1 year, revocable at any time in "Connections", with every read logged. It records and organises; it does not diagnose and does not recommend medicines. Data hosted in the EU. iPhone, Android, Mac and web: https://anpheros.com/download - [How to share your health record with any clinic, and take access back](https://anpheros.com/guides/share-your-health-record-with-a-clinic) - [How to track symptoms for your doctor (and what to look for in an app)](https://anpheros.com/guides/how-to-track-symptoms-for-your-doctor) - [How to track your medication and possible side effects, and show your doctor](https://anpheros.com/guides/track-medication-and-side-effects) - [How to prepare for a doctor's appointment: what to bring, track and ask](https://anpheros.com/guides/prepare-for-a-doctor-appointment) - [How to send your lab results to a new doctor](https://anpheros.com/guides/send-lab-results-to-a-new-doctor) - [How to transfer your medical records to a new doctor or clinic](https://anpheros.com/guides/transfer-medical-records) - [Your child's medical records in one place: vaccines, growth, allergies and visits](https://anpheros.com/guides/child-medical-records) - [How to keep track of an elderly parent's medical records, medications and appointments](https://anpheros.com/guides/elderly-parent-medical-records) - [A family vaccination record on your phone](https://anpheros.com/guides/family-vaccination-record) - [Your family's allergies, written down where a doctor will see them](https://anpheros.com/guides/family-allergies-record) - [One medication list for the whole family](https://anpheros.com/guides/family-medication-list) - [Family health record: the whole family's medical records in one account](https://anpheros.com/app/family-health-record) - Full text of all patient pages, in one file: https://anpheros.com/llms-full.txt ## What Anpheros is - **A patient-controlled medical record.** Each person has one record made of standard HL7 FHIR R4 resources — not a proprietary schema — that they can share with doctors, clinics and applications, and take back. - **Medical-data infrastructure for developers.** Anpheros Platform exposes that record through a FHIR R4 API and a simpler REST API, with patient consent (OAuth 2.1 / SMART on FHIR), provenance on every write, an audit the patient can see, webhooks and an AI context API. - **One API for everyone.** Anpheros' own patient app is a client of the same public API, so what it records is available to other authorised applications in the same form. ## For developers: what you can build with it - The medical-data backend of a healthcare or medical app: patients, measurements, conditions, medications, documents, timeline - Clinic and laboratory integrations that deliver results into the patient's record with consent - AI assistants and agents that need a patient's structured medical context, with consent and an audit of what the AI read — using the model of your choice (hosted or local); Anpheros does not host models and has no official integration with any AI vendor - Medical software written with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and others) on top of a tested API and a sandbox with synthetic patients Building an AI healthcare application or an AI agent? Anpheros is the medical data layer for it: patient records live in its HL7 FHIR R4 data store (a managed FHIR backend), the application and its agents reach them through the API within the patient's consent, and the context API prepares a source-labelled context for any model, hosted or local. Anpheros is not an AI platform and does not run models. decides whether each symptom is present, resolved, hypothetical or about someone else, so only current, own symptoms enter the medical record - Content: 86 concepts (70 symptoms, 16 findings); names in 20 languages; 32 warning signs quoted word for word from the CDC and NIDDK with their source - Checked against WHO ICD-10 (2019) and ICD-11 MMS (2025-01), code by code; symptom codes from ICD-11 chapter 21, not disease codes - Evaluation: primary code correct in 100 % of 100 test cases, presence and subject in 98 %, negated symptoms reported as present 0 % (synthetic test set, not clinician-reviewed) - Not a symptom checker: it names and codes reported symptoms; it does not diagnose or link symptoms to diseases - Output: HL7 FHIR R4 Observations; terminology as FHIR CodeSystem, ValueSet and ConceptMaps to ICD-10 and ICD-11; REST GET /v1/terminology/symptoms - Overview (10 languages): https://anpheros.com/symptom-engine - Methodology and evaluation: https://developers.anpheros.com/guides/symptom-engine - API guide: https://developers.anpheros.com/guides/symptom-data-api ## For patients: Anpheros Daily - Symptoms, vital signs, weight and wellbeing, day by day;
