About

Your medical record should belong to you, not to the system.

Anpheros builds two things that work together: Anpheros Daily, the app where you keep your medical record, and Anpheros Platform, the HL7 FHIR R4 infrastructure through which clinics, laboratories, apps and AI assistants reach that record only with your consent.

2025Anpheros started in August 2025 in Sibiu, Romania. Data is hosted in the European Union.
FHIR R4The record is stored as standard HL7 FHIR R4 resources (26 types), not in a proprietary format. The International Patient Summary (IPS) is validated with the official HL7 validator, with zero errors.
50%Half of every subscription goes to accredited charitable organisations. Revenue, costs and transfers are published in real time on the Transparency page.

What we do, concretely

Anpheros Daily

The app for people: symptoms, measurements, medications, lab results, documents and a medical calendar, for you and your family. Android, macOS and web; iPhone through Safari, with the App Store version coming.

Anpheros Platform

HL7 FHIR R4 and REST APIs over the same record, with OAuth 2.1 / SMART on FHIR consent, provenance on every write, an access log the patient can see, webhooks and a context API for AI. In private beta.

Open and verifiable

The Dart and TypeScript SDKs are published under the Apache-2.0 licence, with runnable examples. The documentation, the OpenAPI specification and the FHIR capability statement are public.

Who writes here

The guides on this site are signed by a real person, by name, so you know whom to hold accountable.

Adrian Kereky

Founder, Anpheros

An electronics engineer, graduate of the “1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba Iulia. He spent six years in the automotive industry at Continental, first designing circuit boards for automotive modules, then on compute architectures for driver-assistance systems, where safety and verification are not optional.

In 2025 he started Anpheros from a simple problem: a person’s lab results, prescriptions and diagnoses are scattered across hospitals, laboratories and drawers, and the person does not have them at hand when it matters. He designed the data architecture (FHIR R4, per-user isolation, GDPR Article 9 compliance), the semantic search over medical documents and the infrastructure the app and the platform run on.

He writes the guides on this site as the engineer who built the system, not as a doctor: he explains what your data, the standards and your rights mean, and says clearly when a question belongs with your doctor.

How we work

StandardsYour data is HL7 FHIR R4, with LOINC, ICD-10, ATC and UCUM codes. You can export it at any time in the format every modern medical system understands, including as an International Patient Summary (IPS).
ConsentNo clinic, app or AI assistant sees the record without your consent, given for a limited period and revocable at any time. Every read is logged and you can see it.
TransparencyWe publish revenue, costs and the charitable fund in real time. If something breaks, we write up what happened.
No adsWe do not sell data, show ads or use tracking pixels in the app. The model is the subscription, with a free Basic plan.
