The child's vaccination book is in a drawer, mum's prescriptions in a bag, your own lab results in a laboratory account you have forgotten. When someone in the family sees a doctor, the one who knows all the details is usually you, from memory. A family health record puts all of it in one place, by person, and keeps it up to date.

One record per person
Symptoms, medications, lab results, vaccines, documents, each in their own record, with their own colour.

The family's doctors
Paediatrician, GP, specialist, with appointments and reports on the right person.

Access with your consent
Give a doctor or a relative access to one record, for a period, and withdraw it when you want.
How it works
In your account you add profiles: the children, your partner, your parents, the grandparents. Each profile is a separate record, with its own colour in the app, so you never mix mum's medications with yours. You switch between people with one tap, on the phone, the Mac or in the browser.
In each person's record you note exactly what you note for yourself:
- symptoms, with intensity and photos;
- medications and daily doses;
- vitals, weight, sleep;
- lab results scanned from the report, with values extracted automatically;
- vaccines, allergies, conditions, appointments;
- documents: discharge letters, referral letters, prescriptions.
For children, the profile grows with them: weight curves, vaccines on the calendar, fever and rashes noted by the parent.
Sharing and access
There are two ways to share a record:
- With another family member: your partner scans a QR code from your app and sees the child's record in their own account, up to date. The data stays in your account; they get access.
- With a doctor: you give them access to one person's record, for the period you choose, and see in the log every time they opened it. You withdraw access at any time.
When an elderly parent gets their own account, you can transfer their record to them, with the whole history.
At the doctor and in an emergency
For each person you generate a PDF report for a period and an emergency card with blood group, allergies, medications and contacts. Records are in the standard HL7 FHIR format, including the International Patient Summary (IPS), so hospitals across Europe understand them.
Who it helps
- Parents with one or more children, especially with chronic conditions (asthma, allergies, diabetes).
- Carers of elderly parents, managing medications, appointments and lab results for them.
- Families across countries, where the record must be understood by doctors speaking different languages.
How to start
- Install the app and create an account.
- From "Me", add the first family member: name, date of birth, colour.
- Note the first thing on their profile.
The Basic plan is free and includes family profiles. The Plus and Max plans add more profiles, QR-code sharing with other accounts and the AI assistant for each person.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can I add?
The Basic plan includes a number of family profiles; Plus and Max extend the limit. Details are on the download page.
Does my partner see my record too?
Only what you share. Each record is shared separately, and access can be withdrawn at any time.
Does the child get their own account at some point?
Yes. When the time comes, the record can be transferred to their own account, with the whole history, and you keep access if they decide so.
What happens to the data?
It is stored in the European Union, in a standard format, and it is yours: export it, delete it, show it to whoever you choose. No ads, no selling of data.
