Pregnancy

Your pregnancy, week by week, in your medical record

The week you are in, what is normal now, what you noted: nausea, weight, kicks, contractions, lab results, appointments. All in your record, not in a separate app you delete after the birth.

The Basic plan is free. iPhone, Android, Mac and web.

Nine months in which the question "is this normal?" comes back daily and every appointment starts with "which week are you in and what have you noticed?". A good pregnancy tracker answers the first question and prepares the answer to the second. And, unlike the usual pregnancy apps, what you note stays in your medical record after the birth.

The weeks

From your last period or from the ultrasound: current week, trimester, due date.

Pregnancy symptoms

Nausea, heartburn, back pain, with intensity by day, so you see when they settle.

Weight and lab results

The weight curve by week and your pregnancy lab tests, scanned from the report, with values extracted.

What you track

You start from the date of your last period, with a simple wheel, or from the ultrasound date. From there the app calculates the week, the trimester and the due date, and shows them on a screen dedicated to the pregnancy.

Each day you note, if you want:

Everything goes into the calendar and onto the Trend timeline, by pregnancy week.

At the doctor

Before an appointment you generate a report with the weeks since the last visit: symptoms, weight, blood pressure, movements, lab results. The doctor sees the course instead of reconstructing it from memory. If they are in the app, you give them direct access to your record for the length of the pregnancy.

The pregnancy also appears on the emergency card, with the current week, so any doctor who sees you in an emergency knows from the start.

After the birth

The data does not disappear. The pregnancy stays in your medical history, and the baby gets their own profile in the family record, with birth weight, vaccines and the first check-ups.

How to start

  1. Install the app and create an account.
  2. Open "Pregnancy" and choose the date of your last period or of the ultrasound.
  3. Note the first day: how you feel and your weight.

Pregnancy tracking is included in the free Basic plan. The AI assistant, which explains your lab results and prepares your questions for the obstetrician, is in the Plus and Max plans.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app tell me what is normal each week?

The pregnancy screen shows, for the current week, what usually happens and which symptoms are common. It is general information, not medical advice: for anything that worries you, call your doctor or 112.

Can I use the app for the baby after the birth?

Yes. You create a profile for them in the family record, and their weight, vaccines and check-ups are noted there.

Are kicks and contractions counted in the app?

Yes, with one tap per movement and a timer for contractions, on the phone or the watch.

What happens to my data?

It is stored in the European Union, in the standard HL7 FHIR format, and it is yours. No ads, no selling of data, not even during pregnancy, when the usual apps live off exactly that.

This guide is for information and does not replace medical advice. For decisions about your health, talk to your doctor. In an emergency, call 112.
