LLM
Large Language Model
An LLM is a neural network trained on very large text corpora to predict and generate language, which is what powers assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.
In health it can summarise, extract and explain, but it does not know a patient's data unless it is given it, and an LLM that diagnoses becomes a medical device.
