In short: Anpheros Daily turns what is in your record (documents, results, medications, symptoms and measurements) into two things a doctor can use straight away: a one-page report for the visit, and a link or QR code to your record, with either the emergency essentials or your full record. You choose what each one contains, the link expires when you decide, and you see whether it was opened.

How it works in the app

- Keep your record up to date. Scan or upload lab reports, letters and prescriptions, and add your medications, allergies and conditions. The summary is built from what is there; nothing is invented.
- Prepare the report for the visit. On an appointment, tap "Report for the doctor" and choose the period, for example since your last visit to the same doctor. You get one page with symptoms, measurements, medications and documents, saved to that appointment. From "Export the record" you can also download your record as a PDF, or as a FHIR JSON file (International Patient Summary) for another hospital or app.
- Send your record to a doctor. Open "Send your record to a doctor" and choose what the link contains: "Emergency" (allergies, treatments, conditions, vaccines) or "Full record" (also test results and history). Set how long it works and, if you want, a passcode.
- Show the QR code or send the link, and stay in control. The doctor scans the QR code or opens the link in a browser, in any country. You see how many times it was opened and can switch it off at any time.
What the report contains
The report covers the period you choose: the symptoms you logged with their intensity, the measurements (such as blood pressure or weight), the medications you take and the documents you added. It is a summary of your own records; it does not interpret them and does not suggest a diagnosis.
The link: emergency essentials or your full record
The link follows the SMART Health Links standard, so a doctor can open it in a browser without installing anything. The "Emergency" version shows only the essentials; the "Full record" version also includes results and history and always needs a passcode. Frequently asked questions
What is a medical summary?
A short overview of your health that a new doctor can read quickly: allergies, conditions, current medications, vaccines and recent results. In Anpheros Daily it is built from your own record.
Can a doctor abroad read my summary?
Yes. The link or QR code opens in a web browser in any country, and a doctor does not need the app.
Who decides what the doctor sees?
You do. You choose between the emergency essentials and your full record, how long the link works (7, 30 or 90 days, or with no end date for the emergency essentials) and whether it needs a passcode, and you can switch it off at any time.
Does the app write the summary or interpret my results?
No. It puts your own records together on one page; it does not interpret results and does not suggest a diagnosis. Questions about your health are for your doctor.
