"Measure your blood pressure twice a day for two weeks and come back." Most people come back with a few numbers on a scrap of paper, without times, without the days they forgot, without the medication change in the middle. A blood pressure tracker turns those readings into something a doctor can read at a glance.

A reading in 10 seconds
Systolic, diastolic and pulse, with the time you measured. No forms.

Morning against evening
Readings shown by day as dots on the hours, so patterns stand out.

Next to your medications
The same timeline shows what you took, so a change of treatment is visible.
What you log
- Systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse, as your monitor shows them, with the time of the reading.
- Several readings a day, each kept separately, so a morning and an evening reading are not averaged away.
- How you feel, on three quick scales, if you want context: energy, mood and sleep.
- Automatically, on the Plus and Max plans: if your monitor's app writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, the readings arrive without typing.
What you see
Every reading goes onto the calendar and the "Trend" timeline, next to your symptoms and medications. You see whether evening readings run higher than morning ones, whether pressure changed after a new medication, and how many days you actually measured.
The app does not diagnose and does not tell you which dose to take; it puts your own readings in order so you and your doctor can decide.
At the doctor
Generate a PDF report for a period: the readings by day and time, with your medications and symptoms, on pages a doctor reads in a minute. If your doctor uses the app, you can give them direct access for a period you choose.
Readings are stored in your medical record in HL7 FHIR, the format hospitals use, as a standard blood pressure panel (LOINC 85354-9) with units. You can export them at any time.
How to start
- Install the app and create an account; pick your language, out of 20.
- Tap "+" and enter your first reading, or allow access to Apple Health or Health Connect (Plus and Max).
- Measure at the times your doctor asked, and open "Trend" after a week.
The Basic plan is free and includes blood pressure readings entered by hand, with no limit. Automatic import and the AI assistant are in the Plus and Max plans; Plus has a 7-day trial, no card required.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free blood pressure tracker app?
Yes. Anpheros Daily's Basic plan is free and includes unlimited blood pressure and pulse readings entered by hand, the timeline and the PDF report.
Does it connect to my blood pressure monitor?
You enter the values yourself in seconds. If your monitor's app writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, the app picks the readings up from there on the Plus and Max plans.
Can I track blood pressure for a parent or partner?
Yes. Add a family profile; each person has their own readings and colour in the app.
Does the app tell me if my blood pressure is too high?
No. It records and organises your readings; what they mean for you is for your doctor to say, together with your history.
What happens to my data?
It is stored in the European Union, in a standard format, and it is yours: export it, delete it with your account, show it to whoever you choose. No ads, no selling of data.
