In short: a schedule prevents the two common mistakes with several medicines: a missed dose and a double dose. This tool takes the medicines and times from your prescription, prints a weekly grid you can tick, and builds a calendar file so your phone reminds you at each time. It uses only what you type; it never proposes a medicine or a dose. For reminders that follow you across devices, with the doses recorded in your health record, Anpheros Daily's medication tracker is free.

From your prescription
Name, dose, times. With food or without. Start and end date for a course.

Printed and on the phone
A weekly tick-off grid, and a calendar file with a reminder at every dose.

Or let the app do it
Scan the box, tick doses, reminders without internet, the list for your doctor.
How to use it
- Add each medicine: name, dose, the times you take it (for example 08:00 and 20:00), and whether with food.
- Set the start date and, for a course, the end date.
- Print the weekly schedule, and download the calendar file (.ics). Opening it on your phone adds the reminders to your calendar.
Check the schedule against the prescription or the pharmacist's instructions before printing. If something is unclear, ask them; the tool only lays out what you typed.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tool suggest doses or times?
No. It uses exactly the medicines, doses and times you type from your prescription. Questions about what to take or when are for your doctor or pharmacist.
How do the calendar reminders work?
The downloaded .ics file contains one repeating event per dose time. Opening it on iPhone, Android or a computer adds them to the calendar you choose, with an alert at the time of each dose.
Can I change or stop the reminders?
Yes, in your calendar app, like any other event. To change the schedule, make a new file here.
Is it stored anywhere?
No. The schedule and the file are built in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
What is the difference from the app?
Anpheros Daily reads the box by camera, reminds you without internet, records which doses you took or missed, keeps the list for your doctor and pharmacist, and does it for several family members. The tool here is the paper-and-calendar version.
