gematik
Gesellschaft für Telematikanwendungen der Gesundheitskarte
gematik is the German national agency for digital health, majority-owned by the federal health ministry, that specifies and certifies the Telematikinfrastruktur and its applications.
Its specifications (ePA, e-prescription, TI-Messenger) are the rulebook any vendor must follow to connect in Germany.
