HCDSNS
Historia Clínica Digital del Sistema Nacional de Salud (Spain)
HCDSNS is Spain's national service that lets a clinician in one autonomous community view key documents from a patient's record held by another, since each community runs its own system.
It exchanges a defined set of reports (summary, discharge, lab, imaging) and connects Spain to MyHealth@EU.
