IPS
International Patient Summary
The IPS is a standardised, minimal patient summary for unplanned, cross-border care: allergies, medications, problems, immunizations, procedures, results and devices, in a FHIR document.
It is an HL7 implementation guide and an ISO/CEN standard (EN 17269), and MyHealth@EU and the EHDS use it as the cross-border summary format.
