ICD-10-CM
ICD-10 Clinical Modification (United States)
ICD-10-CM is the US clinical modification of ICD-10, with roughly 70,000 diagnosis codes up to seven characters long, maintained by the CDC and updated every October.
US claims and most US EHR problem lists use it, so a US record maps to WHO ICD-10 only approximately.
