ICD-11
International Classification of Diseases, 11th revision
ICD-11 is the current WHO revision, in effect since January 2022, with a new code structure, post-coordination (combining codes) and a built-in API and browser.
Adoption is gradual: most countries and systems still code in ICD-10 or a national variant, so records will hold both for years.
