LSP
Landelijk Schakelpunt (Netherlands)
The LSP is the Dutch national switching point through which pharmacies, GPs and hospitals look up a patient's medication and summary data at other providers, with the patient's opt-in consent.
It routes queries rather than storing records, which is the Dutch model of exchange without a central database.
