Consent
FHIR Consent resource
Consent is the FHIR resource that records a patient's permission or refusal: the scope (privacy, treatment, research), the actors allowed, the data classes, the purpose and the period.
Systems evaluate it before releasing data; it is the machine-readable form of the approval a patient gives when a clinic requests access.
