Provenance (FHIR resource)
FHIR Provenance resource
Provenance is the FHIR resource that records where another resource came from: who created or changed it, when, on behalf of whom, from which source and by which activity.
It is how a record can show that a lab value was imported from a specific laboratory rather than typed by the patient, which matters when an AI model reads the data.
