FHIR AuditEvent resource
AuditEvent is the FHIR resource that logs a security-relevant action: who accessed or changed what, when, from where and with what outcome.
It is the FHIR form of the IHE ATNA audit record and the raw material for a patient-facing "who viewed my record" view.
