FHIR SubscriptionTopic resource
SubscriptionTopic is the R5 (and R4B backport) resource in which a server publishes the events clients can subscribe to, such as "new lab result for a patient", with the triggers and the payload shape.
Clients then create Subscriptions against a topic rather than inventing their own search criteria, which makes notifications predictable across servers.
