Observation
FHIR Observation resource
Observation is the FHIR resource for a single measurement or finding: a lab result, a vital sign, a symptom score, with a code (usually LOINC), a value and unit (UCUM), a time and a status.
It is the most frequently created resource in any record, and a lab panel is a DiagnosticReport that references many Observations.
