Subscription
FHIR Subscription resource
Subscription is the FHIR resource with which a client asks a server to notify it (by REST hook, websocket or email) whenever resources matching its criteria are created or updated.
R4 uses a search string as the criteria; R5 and the R4B backport use SubscriptionTopics instead, which is the direction new servers take.
