FHIR R5
FHIR Release 5
FHIR R5 is the release published in March 2023, with topic-based subscriptions, new resources and many element changes compared with R4.
Most regulation and national programmes still require R4, so R5 is mostly used where a specific feature is needed and R4B carries some of its additions back.
