AllergyIntolerance

FHIR AllergyIntolerance resource

AllergyIntolerance is the FHIR resource for a patient's allergy or intolerance: the substance (coded), whether it is an allergy or intolerance, criticality, verification status and the reactions observed.

It is a mandatory section of the IPS and one of the first things an emergency clinician looks for.
