Condition
FHIR Condition resource
Condition is the FHIR resource for a diagnosis, problem or health concern, with a code (SNOMED CT and/or ICD-10), a clinical status (active, resolved) and a verification status (confirmed, provisional).
Problem lists, encounter diagnoses and the IPS "problems" section are all lists of Conditions.
