DMP
Dossier Médical Partagé (France)
The DMP is France's shared medical record, the document store inside Mon espace santé, holding CDA documents (reports, prescriptions, the patient summary) that care professionals feed and read.
It is identified by the patient's INS, and feeding it is an obligation for publicly funded software.
