Immunization
FHIR Immunization resource
Immunization is the FHIR resource that records one vaccine dose given (or not given, with the reason): the vaccine code, date, lot number, site, performer and dose number in the series.
Vaccination certificates such as SMART Health Cards and the IPS immunization section are built from it.
