ORU
Observation Result (HL7 v2 message)
ORU^R01 is the HL7 v2 message that carries results: one OBR segment per ordered test and one OBX segment per value, from a laboratory, a radiology system or a device.
It maps to a FHIR DiagnosticReport with Observations, and it is the message a lab connector most often has to parse.
