OBX
Observation/Result segment (HL7 v2)
OBX is the HL7 v2 segment that carries one result value: the value type (OBX-2), the observation identifier (OBX-3, ideally a LOINC code), the value (OBX-5), the unit (OBX-6), the reference range and the abnormal flag.
Each OBX becomes one FHIR Observation.
