HL7 FHIR US Core Implementation Guide
US Core is the HL7 implementation guide that profiles FHIR R4 for the United States, defining how each USCDI data class is represented and which codes it must use.
US certified EHRs expose their patient-access API in US Core, so a US app reads US Core profiles rather than base FHIR.
