Bulk Data export ($export)
FHIR Bulk Data Access
Bulk Data export is the FHIR operation ($export) that lets an authorised client request all data for a population as NDJSON files, prepared asynchronously and downloaded when ready.
It is how payers, researchers and analytics platforms pull whole populations without paging through search results one patient at a time.
