OMOP CDM
Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership Common Data Model
The OMOP CDM is a standardised relational schema, maintained by the OHDSI community, into which health data from any source is converted so that the same analysis can run on every converted database.
It uses a single standard vocabulary (mostly SNOMED CT, RxNorm, LOINC) and is the usual target for research networks and for the EHDS secondary-use infrastructure.
