Composition
FHIR Composition resource
Composition is the FHIR resource that gives a clinical document its structure: title, author, date, status and ordered sections, each pointing to the resources that are its content.
A FHIR document is a Bundle of type "document" whose first entry is a Composition; the IPS is built this way.
