FSE 2.0
Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (Italy)
The FSE is Italy's electronic health record, run by the regions and linked nationally, which FSE 2.0 (from 2022) rebuilds around a national repository, CDA 2 documents and a FHIR gateway.
Citizens access it with their digital identity (SPID or CIE), and regions must feed a defined core set of documents.
