PHR
Personal Health Record
A PHR is a health record that the patient keeps and controls, combining data from clinics, labs, devices and their own notes in one place they can share.
Anpheros is a PHR built on FHIR R4 with the IPS as its summary, so a clinic that reads FHIR can read it directly.
