MedicationStatement
FHIR MedicationStatement resource
MedicationStatement is the FHIR resource that records that a patient is, was or will be taking a medication, as reported by the patient, a carer or a clinician, whether or not a prescription exists.
It is the resource behind the medication list in a personal health record and in the IPS.
