OBR
Observation Request segment (HL7 v2)
OBR is the HL7 v2 segment that describes one ordered test or panel: the order numbers, the universal service identifier (what was ordered), the observation time and the result status.
In an ORU it is followed by the OBX segments with the values, which is the structure of a FHIR DiagnosticReport and its Observations.
