STOW-RS
Store Over the Web by RESTful Services
STOW-RS is the DICOMweb store service: a POST of DICOM instances (or metadata plus bulk data) to /studies writes them into an archive.
It is how a modality, a gateway or an app uploads new images to a PACS or VNA over HTTPS.
