TEFCA
Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (US)
TEFCA is the US framework, live since December 2023, under which designated networks (QHINs) exchange health data nationwide under one common legal agreement and technical rules.
It is the US answer to the question MyHealth@EU answers in Europe, with a FHIR roadmap on top of the initial document exchange.
