MSH
Message Header segment (HL7 v2)
MSH is the first segment of every HL7 v2 message: the delimiters, sending and receiving application and facility, timestamp, message type (for example ADT^A01), control ID and version.
An interface engine routes on the MSH fields before it looks at anything else.
