OML
Laboratory Order Message (HL7 v2)
OML^O21 is the HL7 v2.5+ laboratory order message that replaced ORM for lab use, with specimen (SPM) and container details that ORM lacked.
IHE laboratory profiles require it, so modern LIS integrations use OML in and ORU out.
