ValueSet
A ValueSet is the FHIR resource that defines which codes, from one or more code systems, are allowed in a given element, for example the set of SNOMED CT codes a profile accepts for an allergy.
Profiles bind elements to value sets, and a terminology server expands a value set into its concrete list of codes with the $expand operation.
