ConceptMap
A ConceptMap is the FHIR resource that records how codes in one system map to codes in another, with the relationship (equivalent, wider, narrower) for each pair.
It is how a lab publishes its local-code-to-LOINC mapping or how RxNorm is translated to ATC, and the $translate operation executes it.
