Who writes them
Our guides are written by the Anpheros Editorial Team: the Anpheros team, led by the founder, Adrian Kereky. We use AI tools to draft, check and translate texts. A person reads every guide before it is published and takes responsibility for it. Our guides are not yet reviewed by a doctor or another licensed clinician; when a guide is, we say so on the page, with the reviewer's name and qualification.
Where the information comes from
We start from public health authorities, medical societies and published guidelines (for example the WHO, the European Medicines Agency, the NHS, the CDC, the ESC, the ADA, KDIGO and MedlinePlus). Where a guide has a Sources section, those are the references we used. We do not cite other blogs or AI answers as sources. A guide without a Sources section gives general information and does not claim to be sourced.
What our guides are not
Our guides give general information. They do not diagnose, do not tell you which medicine to take and do not replace a visit to your doctor. The tests and tools on this site are self-checks, not medical examinations. If you are worried about your health, talk to a doctor.
Independence
We make the Anpheros app, and our guides mention it where it helps. Nobody pays us to publish or change a guide, and we do not publish sponsored content.
Dates and languages
Every guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated. Guides are written in English and translated into 19 other languages with AI tools. If a translation differs from the English page, the English page is the reference.
