In short: this is a free weight log you can fill in on this page. Write your weight with the date and a short note, see it over time on a simple chart, then print it or save it to your free Anpheros record. It keeps your numbers; it does not set targets or give diet advice.
This is a log of the values you enter. It does not interpret them or give medical advice. Talk to your doctor about your results and your targets.
| What it records | Date, weight (kg or lb), a short note |
|---|---|
| What you see | Your weight over time, on one chart |
| How you keep it | Print or save as PDF, or save to your free medical record |
| What it does not do | No targets, no diet plans, no judgement |

One number, once in a while
Write your weight with the date. A note helps later: a holiday, an illness, a new medicine.

The trend, not one morning
Weight moves from day to day; the chart shows the direction over weeks.

Next to the rest of your health
Save it to your record, beside blood pressure, lab results and medicines.
How do I use this weight log?
- Choose kg or lb.
- Weigh yourself at the same time of day, ideally in the morning, and add a row with the date and the number.
- Add a note when something changes: a new medicine, an illness, more activity.
- Print the log for an appointment, or save it to your free account.
How often should I weigh myself?
Many people find once or twice a week at the same time of day enough to see the trend. If your doctor asked you to weigh daily, for example with a heart condition, follow what they told you and write down every reading.
