3D illustration of a lab report with a rising trend line and glowing data points

In short: a single lab result says little; the same test over months says much more. Type the dates and values of one test from your reports and this tracker draws the line, shows the change between results and shades the reference range printed on your report. It converts mg/dL and mmol/L for the common tests. It never says whether a value is "normal": that depends on your laboratory and your history, and is your doctor's call. To keep every test from every lab in one place automatically, with the trend for each, Anpheros Daily reads the PDF of any report.

Any test

20 common tests with unit conversion, or type the name and unit of any other test exactly as printed.

Trend and change

A chart over time, the change from the previous result, in units and in percent.

How to use it

  1. Choose the test, for example ferritin, HbA1c or TSH. For any other test, choose "Other" and type the name and unit as printed.
  2. Pick the unit your reports use. If an older report uses another unit, switch: the values are converted.
  3. Add one line per report: the date of the sample and the value.
  4. Optionally, type the reference range printed next to the result. It appears as a shaded band.
  5. Print the sheet or copy it as text for your doctor or for a message.

Why a trend matters more than one value

Laboratories measure with some variation, and the body changes from day to day. A ferritin of 22 ng/mL means one thing if it was 14 six months ago and another if it was 60. Doctors routinely ask "what was it before?". This tracker answers that question in one picture. It does not interpret the line: whether a change matters depends on the test, the method, your medicines and your health, which is why the tracker stops at showing it.

Which units it converts

Glucose, HbA1c (% and mmol/mol, IFCC formula), total, LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine, uric acid, vitamin D (25-OH), ferritin, haemoglobin, TSH, vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium, total bilirubin, total testosterone, cortisol, CRP (mg/L and mg/dL) and ALT. The factors are the standard molar-mass conversions also used by the lab unit converter. Reference ranges are never converted for you: type the range in the same unit as the values.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track several tests?

One test per sheet. Print or copy it, then choose the next test. In Anpheros Daily every test from every report is kept automatically, each with its own trend.

Does it tell me if my result is normal?

No. It shows your values and the range printed by your own laboratory. Ranges differ between laboratories, methods, ages and sexes, and the meaning of a change is your doctor's assessment.

Where are my values stored?

Only in this browser, on this device, so they are there when you come back. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing the browser data removes them.

Can I bring this to my doctor?

Yes. Print it or save it as a PDF. The sheet shows each date, value, the change and the range you typed.

My reports are in different units. What do I do?

Enter the values in the unit of the first report, then switch the unit: all values and the range are converted together. For tests outside the list, convert first with the lab unit converter or keep one unit.
