Anpheros for doctors and clinics: pre-visit questionnaires and ICD-11 coding

What you can do today
Anpheros Pre-visit
Send a patient a link, an email or a printable QR code. They answer on their phone, before the visit. You read the answers structured in English, print an Anpheros PDF or download the FHIR QuestionnaireResponse. Ten questionnaires: new problem, chronic condition check-up, back pain, headache, cough and cold, skin, child with fever, prescription renewal, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 (scores shown as numbers, without interpretation).
ICD-10 to ICD-11
Code by code, or a CSV or Excel file. Free accounts convert up to 100 codes per file, three files a day. Pro raises that to 5,000 codes per file and 50 files a day. The mapping follows the WHO tables; nothing from your files is kept.
Clinical tools with PDF reports
One catalogue of our clinical tools: screening tests, unit and code converters, calculators, printable sheets and an IPS viewer. With Pro, turn a tool's result into an Anpheros-branded PDF report with your name or your clinic's name and the date. Reports are generated on request and not stored.
How Pre-visit works, in four steps
- You create a link for a visit reason, in the Pre-visit inbox. Copy it, email it or print the QR code for the reception desk.
- The patient answers on their phone. The link works for 14 days and accepts one submission. The patient page is in English today; the other 19 languages of Anpheros are being translated.
- You read the answers before the visit: structured fields in English, free text in the patient's language, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores as numbers.
- The patient keeps a copy in their own Anpheros record if they tick that box. Anpheros Pre-visit does not compute an urgency or suggest a cause: your clinic sets the rules and a person sets the priority.

The patient's record, with consent
The patient controls access
Patients share their record with a time-limited link for the doctor (a SMART Health Link with an International Patient Summary) or approve a request from a clinic in the app, for a purpose and a period. Every access is logged and revocable. How patients share their record.
Open standards
Records move as HL7 FHIR R4 and the International Patient Summary. Questionnaires and answers are FHIR Questionnaire and QuestionnaireResponse. Developers can connect through Anpheros Platform.
Coming next
Scanning the patient's emergency QR code from the doctors' app to request access to their record, and the clinic's own rules per visit reason. Both are in development and not available yet.
Privacy and limits
Data in the EU
Pre-visit answers are stored in the European Union, for the clinic that collected them, and deleted after the retention period the clinic sets (365 days by default). Anpheros administrators cannot read them.
Nothing kept from conversions and reports
ICD conversions and PDF reports are processed on request. The files you upload and the reports you download are not stored.
Not a medical device
Anpheros does not diagnose, does not triage and does not recommend treatment. Scores are shown as numbers from validated questionnaires; the clinical judgement stays with you.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to start?
An Anpheros account (the same Google or email account as in the app) and a browser. Sign in at doctors.anpheros.com. For Pro features, request access and we enable your account and your clinic.
How much does Anpheros Pro cost?
During the pilot, nothing. We publish prices after the pilot, when we know what the first clinics actually use. There is no automatic charge at the end of the pilot.
Can my colleagues use it?
Yes. The licence holder invites colleagues by email from "My clinic". Everyone invited gets Pro on their own Anpheros account.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. A clinic uses Pre-visit with real patients only after signing our data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28). Before that, the pilot runs with demo links and test answers.
Is this for Hungary only?
No. Anpheros Pro works for any clinic in any country. The Founding Partner programme for international patients is a separate offer for clinics in Hungary.
