$translate
ConceptMap $translate operation
$translate is the FHIR terminology operation that maps a code from one system to the matching code in another, using one or more ConceptMaps on the server.
A typical use is converting a local lab code to LOINC, or RxNorm to ATC, at the moment data crosses a border.
