DICOM SR
DICOM Structured Reporting
DICOM SR is the part of DICOM that stores structured content, such as measurements, findings and dose reports, as a tree of coded items using templates defined in DICOM PS3.16.
SR objects are stored in the PACS next to the images, and they are the usual way ultrasound measurements, CAD results and radiation dose data reach other systems.
