HPD
Healthcare Provider Directory
HPD is the IHE profile for a directory of individual and organisational healthcare providers, queried over an LDAP-based web service for names, identifiers, specialties and addresses.
Exchanges use it to look up who a provider is and how to reach them; the FHIR-based mCSD profile is its modern successor.
