Model card
Model card (AI model documentation)
A model card is a short, structured summary of an AI model: its intended use, training data, performance across groups, limitations and how it is monitored.
The FDA draft guidance on AI-enabled device software includes an example model card for labelling, and similar transparency information is expected under the EU AI Act and ONC rules.
