Transaction bundle
FHIR Bundle of type transaction
A transaction bundle is a FHIR Bundle of type transaction, posted to the server's base URL, whose entries (creates, updates, deletes and conditional operations) must all succeed or all fail together.
Entries can point to each other through temporary urn:uuid identifiers that the server replaces with real ids, which is how a result can be sent together with its Patient and Specimen in a single call.
